Central Railway Trained Locopilots for Conventional Electric Locos on Modern Simulators with 6 DOF Motion

The Central Organisation For Modernisation of Workshops (COFMOW) awarded C.C Engineers a contract for the procurement of locomotive-hauled/train simulators (on turnkey and DDP basis) at the Electric Training Centre, Kanpur. This 3-phase locomotive simulator for the WAG-9 was the first India-based order for a motion-base 3-phase loco simulator for the WAG-9, developed entirely in Pune with 100% local technology, and delivered as a turnkey project with 12 part-task trainers, advanced computer graphics, eight years of maintenance and a two-year warranty.
