About C.C. Engineer

Engineered in India. Built on Curiosity.

For nearly four decades, C.C. Engineers has been developing indigenous simulation technologies for some of the world's most complex operating environments.

Founded in Pune in 1987, C.C. Engineer has evolved from a precision engineering enterprise into a technology company spanning simulation, real-time dynamics, visual computing, motion systems, digital twins and immersive technologies.

The Story

From Precision Engineering to Simulation Technology

C.C. Engineer began with a simple engineering mindset: understand the problem deeply, and build what is needed to solve it.

Over the years, that mindset took the company from precision mechanical engineering into automation, electronics and control systems, and eventually into one of the most complex engineering challenges of all: reproducing the behaviour of real-world machines in a simulated environment.

What began with rail has grown into a deep technology capability spanning software, hardware, physics, visualisation, motion and human-machine interaction.

We didn't set out to become a simulation company. We became one by continuously solving harder engineering problems.

40+ years of engineering experience

C.C. Engineer was founded by Bipin Chobhe in 1987 with an engineer's instinct to understand how things work, and a technologist's curiosity to build what didn't yet exist.

His journey took C.C. Engineer from precision engineering and automation into increasingly sophisticated simulation technologies, establishing the foundation for the company's indigenous R&D capabilities.

Today, Bipin continues to contribute as an advisor and mentor, working closely with the next generation and helping carry forward the engineering philosophy that shaped C.C. Engineer.

His legacy isn't a product. It's a way of thinking.
